Had a great time at Nine Streets Inn! The location is ideal for exploring, with canals and Anne Frank House nearby. Michel was awesome, giving us helpful tips. Be prepared for some seriously steep stairs, though, especially with heavy bags!

The creatively remodeled rooms have a local Dutch charm that makes them cozy, with ample natural light filtering in for a pleasant atmosphere. You can kick back and catch something on Netflix, a nice touch that adds a bit of entertainment after a day of exploration.
The property has some notable quirks. The entrance is tricky to find due to its small signage, and once inside, you'll face steep stairs that can be a bit challenging, especially with heavy luggage. You'll also notice that the street below is lively, which can disturb your peace at night. The rooms lack soundproofing, making noises from both the street and neighboring guests noticeable. there's no air conditioning, which can lead to discomfort during warmer days, and the limited seating in the room means lounging isn't particularly comfy. Expect some inconsistencies with bathroom ventilation, and if you like a variety of toiletries, you might be left wanting since only basic soap is provided.
